Board Meetings Schedule

Haviland Collectors International Foundation and Haviland Collectors International Educational Foundation Board of Directors meetings are regularly scheduled for the Spring, Summer, and Fall. All HCIF members are invited to attend and participate. The upcoming board meetings schedule is as follows:

Fall 2026
The Fall 2026 Board of Directors meetings will be held online via Zoom on October 28 at 7:00 PM Central time. HCIF members may attend, but must request an invitation at least 24 hours prior to the meeting by emailing hcifmemsec@gmail.com.

Spring 2027
The Spring 2027 Board of Directors meetings will be held online via Zoom on a date and time yet undetermined. HCIF members may attend, but must request an invitation at least 24 hours prior to the meeting by emailing hcifmemsec@gmail.com.

Summer 2027
The Summer 2026 Board of Directors meetings will be held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Schaumburg Woodfield at 7:30 pm EDT on June 9, 2027, and at 1:30 pm. EDT on June 12, 2027. These meetings will not be broadcast online.
